1. General Provisions

doo111 operates an online betting and casino entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the Platform.

2.2 One Account per Person

Each person may open only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must meet a 10x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳26,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be used once per account.
• If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• doo111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is received.

5.3 VIP Program

doo111's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet or game session has started, it cannot be cancelled. If a game is not completed due to a technical error, doo111 will verify the state of the game and take appropriate action.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a verified random number generator (RNG). doo111 adheres to a fair play policy. If you have a dispute regarding the result of a game, contact the support team for a review of the game log.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

8. Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Errors by third-party software providers or service providers.
• Damage caused by issues with your device or network.
• Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions).

Our total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual funds you deposited in the relevant transaction. doo111 is not obligated to compensate you for any gaming losses.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

doo111 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This applies in particular if:

• A breach of the Terms is detected.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Information you provided is found to be false or misleading.
• It is not legally possible to provide the service in the area from which you are playing.

9.2 Self-Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance at the time of closure (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned to you.
